Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC is one of the Mid-Atlantics largest and most respected mortgage lenders. We provide a wide array of products, programs and services throughout the home financing process. Prosperity Home Mortgage is looking for a Sales Coordinator.
**Sales Coordinator**
Under the direct supervision of a Branch Manager, the Sales Coordinator provides administrative, marketing and sales support to Home Mortgage Consultants and/or Branch or Sales Managers.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Performs filing, typing, data entry and various other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the Mortgage Consultant or Branch Manager
* Assists Mortgage Consultant with marketing efforts to ensure continued flow of business, including preparing marketing materials, identifying customer prospects, and identifying market trends
* Answers inquiries concerning the processing of their loan from customers on behalf of the Mortgage Consultant or Branch Manager
**Job Requirements**
Job Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* 1 plus years experience in the mortgage industry, or equivalent combination of training and experience required
* Experience with Encompass Loan Origination Software a plus
* Ability to travel within the local area to assist Mortgage Consultant and Branch Manager as needed; must be able to provide own transportation
