Philly Temps & Perm is Hiring a Real Estate Administrative Assistant Near Haverford, PA

Job Description:

Philly Temps & Perm is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant with Real Estate industry experience to assist their client located in Haverford, PA. This is a part-time role with the potential to become full-time. It is a temporary to permanent role. The rate of pay on a temporary basis is $20 / HR.

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting a real estate agent in their day-to-day operations. Successful candidates will have a strong administrative skillset, attention-to-detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Note - this is a temp-to-perm role. On a temporary basis, you will be a W2 employee. When you go permanent with our client, you will be a 1099 employee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars and appointments.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and brokers, communicating important information and updates as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized real estate files, including listing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. Assist in the preparation of documents for transactions and closings.
  • Assist in the coordination of property listings, including scheduling showings, creating marketing materials, etc.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives, including social media management, email campaigns, and the creation of promotional materials such as flyers and brochures.
  • Maintain and update client databases systems to ensure accurate and current information on leads, prospects, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in real estate administration is a plus.
  • Must come from real estate industry or possess that sort of background.
  • Previous experience in administrative support roles, must be in a real estate or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Haverford, PA 19041: Relocate before starting work (Required)
