Leasing Professional Position Overview:
As a Leasing Professional, you are often the first person that potential residents meet. You’ll guide them through the application process and show them how your communitywith its fabulous amenities, fantastic location, and comfortable floor plansis the place they’ll want to make their home.
Once residents move in, you’ll keep building a relationship with them, listening to their comments and concerns and taking point to resolve their issues; scheduling their maintenance requests and following up on repairs; planning socials and functions for everyone to enjoy; and keeping up with the general administration of running the office.
