SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Audio-Visual Systems Manager, Audio Visual Technician level II will need to set up, operate, maintain, and repair AV equipment used to enhance Museum events, such as projectors, TVs, microphones, DSPs, lighting and sound mixing equipment. They will support and maintain general technology-based exhibits, Planetarium, AV systems, and conference rooms with codecs and touch panels. They support digital signage and provide technical support for teleconferences, webinars, camps, and distance-learning classes.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work is normally performed in an interior environment. Some work from time-to-time will be in an exterior environment with exposure to climatic conditions. Schedule will include non-traditional hours, evenings, and weekends.
