When it comes to compensation, you can earn between $18 and $20 per hour, depending on your experience. We've got weekly direct deposits, healthcare support, paid time off, and a retirement plan to secure your future. So how does the position work?
- You’ll be assigned a shift each day Monday - Friday
- You’ll work for new families and any families that request you back
- You’ll work every week and get a guaranteed weekly salary - even if you work less! If you work more, you are compensated for those additional hours
- When it comes to the families you'll be looking after, rest assured they're pre-screened and safe
Here's what you'll need:
- At least two full days available per week, specifically Monday to Friday from 7 am - 7 pm
- A minimum of 1 year of childcare experience outside of friends and family, post-high school.
- Reliable transportation is a must, as you might need to commute up to 45 minutes on certain days.
- Experience with children under 2 years old is a big bonus!
