Beautiful townhome community located in Doylestown Borough is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-friendly leasing consultant to join our professional team. Must be energetic, positive, and willing to take initiative to build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, residents and our management team. Candidate must be willing to work a flexible 40 -hour work week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Three days a week at Regency Woods in Doylestown and Two days a week at another Klein Property. *Mileage reimbursement from Regency Woods.

Responsibilities include greeting prospective residents with community tours, promptly responding to leads via phone and e-mail, prompt follow-up and communication, ability to reach sales goals, processing lease paperwork, out of office marketing, and general office duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
