Job Responsibilities:

• Act as Ground Sensors Technical Integrator to keep Program Director informed about agency program decisions
• Identify Ground Sensors Product Office baseline changes and adhere to the change management process, as described in MDA MANUAL 3500.01-M
• Manage SN coordination with the MDA Integration and Synchronization Center, Operational Capacity Baseline Working Group, and System Engineering Integration Council

Required Qualifications:

• Master degree in a STEM field
• 12 years experience working on a missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project
• Secret Clearance or higher required

• Works independently, applying engineering rigor to analyze and resolve problems within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with Program Management
• Experience implementing systems engineering "V" processes
• Ability to self-manage and initiate within team structure
• Ability to decompose complex problems to actionable elements
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries
• Ability presenting complex information and concepts to Leaders at various levels
• Proficient with Microsoft Office® applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of MDA Change Management Process
• Working knowledge of MDA Systems Engineering processes and procedures
• Working knowledge of MDA organizational structure
• Working knowledge of Missile Defense System (MDS) architecture and concepts

Additional Details:Employment opportunity is contingent on awarded contract. Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.Obtaining and maintaining an active U.S. Government Security Clearance requires U.S. Citizenship.
Remote/Telework: Though flexible, this position requires on-site support and is not 100% remote. Location: This work-site is located in Huntsville, AL.
