Phase 3 Marketing and Communication is Hiring an Account Coordinator Near Charlotte, NC

Job Description:

The Account Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the account team in the acquisition, growth and retention of clients and revenue. A Phase 3 Marketing & Communications Account Coordinator achieves this by building trusted relationships, identifying needs and providing solutions to marketing communication challenges. The successful candidate is responsible for generating new sales, identifying, and qualifying business opportunities and presenting Phase 3 products to prospects, as well as preparing quotes and leading pitches to help close the sale. Position reports to the regional head of sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • New Business Pitches
  • Outbound Email Outreach and Appointment Setting
  • Prospecting
  • Capabilities Presentations
  • Growth, retention and maintenance of clients
  • Develop strong account relationships and grow existing accounts
  • Develop expert knowledge of all Phase 3 Marketing & Communications products and services
  • Achieve revenue targets and quota for new business growth
  • Order Entry
  • Forecasting
  • Quoting
  • Reporting
  • Project Management

Job Requirements:

  • Preferred, 0-3 years of agency or print account management experience
  • Ability to close and manage accounts
  • Work well in a very fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment
  • Tremendous relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Requires both phone and in-person sales skills
  • Flexible working hours
  • Working knowledge of a PC and Microsoft Office software
