Responsibilities Analyzes the sales potential of assigned territory by dispensary and by product to develop and execute a sales strategy Implements the strategic plan to achieve sales goals, expand customer base and enhance team morale Presents, promotes and sells cannabis products to existing and prospective customers Attends and participates in industry trade shows and conferences Collects payments for all assigned accounts Maintains a calendar of planned weekly visits to customers and prospective customers Participates in weekly sales meetings and participates in marketing meetings Presents pertinent reports and feedback on customer needs, interests, and potential for new products and services Works with marketing and other sales teammates to identify opportunities and discover opportunities to educate customers and drive sales Maintains awareness of the competitive landscape within the cannabis industry Establishes, develops and maintains customer relationships across entire assigned territory Develops an inventory management system and auto replenish program for buyers Ensures orders are accurate and delivered in a timely, professional manner Serves as a service- and solution-oriented point of contact for customer inquiries Champions Company processes and procedures, and updates reports and systems as required Role Characteristics Hunger for success Excellent time-management and prioritization skills Ability to implement effective sales techniques Strong communicator Professional and well organized Attention to detail Qualifications Oregon cannabis experience preferred Ability to travel Must be 21 years or older Able to lift 50 pounds comfortably and above head High School Diploma or GED equivalent certification Possess an OLCC Workers Permit Ability to pass criminal background check and driving background check Pharmer’s Market is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all applicants will be considered without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
