Job Posting: Superintendent - Multi-Family Property
Seeking a proactive Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations and handle tenant complaints at our multi-family property.
Responsibilities:
- Property maintenance and repairs
- Address tenant inquiries and complaints
- Assist with leasing activities
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Available for emergency response as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous property management or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
