Personnel Recovery Specialist III  

Location: Fort Liberty, NC

Position Summary:

Potawatomi Training, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified Personnel Recovery Specialist III who will provide support for strategic, operational, and tactical level personnel recovery requirements and initiatives; projects and tracks program milestones and completion status; and assists with improving program efficiencies. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides support for strategic, operational, and tactical level personnel recovery requirements and initiatives; projects and tracks program milestones and completion status; and assists with improving program efficiencies. • Develops briefings and assists with briefing execution. • Prepares cost and budget analyses and resource estimates as required, • Updates schedules, develops reports, responds to taskers, develops other required deliverables,• Performs other related activities to improve overall operations.

Education & Experience Requirements

EDUCATION:

• Associates Degree required (Bachelor’s preferred) in related discipline from an accredited training institution• Relevant DoD training and/or certifications desired.

EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience • Proficient with Power Point, Excel, Share Point, and other business operations tools. • Possesses significant knowledge about the organization’s structure and mission as well as industry trends and best practices for improving organizational and personnel recovery program efficiency and effectiveness. 

CERTIFICATION / COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS: 

• Relevant DoD training and/or certifications desired.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

• SECRET security clearance

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands

• Some walking and standing required. You may have to lift and carry equipment (i.e. books, tools) weighing approximately 10-15 pounds.• Most of the work is performed indoors• Work in the occupation involves making repetitive motions more than 1/3 of the time• Requires standing for periodically• Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel and bend
