PetVet Care Centers is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Brodheadsville, PA
Brodheadsville Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
Client Services Representatives (CSRs) provide the first and last impression of each client’s visit to our clinic. We are seeking an experienced, professional, and cheerful individual who can always greet our clients with a smile. This position needs an individual who can handle multiple phone lines and easily multitask during the day without feeling overwhelmed. The perfect CSR should be a team player who works well with others, cares about his or her position, and the ability to go above and beyond showing it's not just a job.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Veterinary Reception experience preferred.
- Front Desk/Customer Service experience required.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Knowledge about veterinary medicine is a must.
- Proficient in Word, and use of communication tools such as fax, internet and email.
- Experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment.
- Must pay attention to detail and be highly organized.
- Must be able to multitask without being overwhelmed easily.
- Must be a great communicator.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 4,10-hour days
- Rotating Saturdays
- Approx 1-2 Saturdays a month
