Top midsized NYC law firm is seeking a NY admitted attorney to assist in their Commercial Real Estate practice. Must have 5 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience and have significant experience with commercial real estate transactions, including experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements. The role will likely be 30-40 hours/week, but could be flexible for a candidate that needs less hours. At least 2 days in office are required. There is permanent potential in the future. Hourly rate is competitive and interviews start immediately.
