Position Overview:
The nationally-recognized Real Estate Litigation Practice seeks an Associate in class years
2020 - 2021 with substantial commercial litigation experience at a New York City law firm .
This is a unique opportunity to join this top-tier practice which possesses a diverse client base
and handles a wide variety of highly sophisticated commercial litigations with a focus on
real estate and high-stakes hospitality industry litigation.
The Real Estate Litigation Practice is part of the General Litigation Group and, due to the
magnitude of the work, often involves attorneys in the General Litigation Group as well as
other departments in the firm (including the Real Estate Transactional Group).
The group is comprised of five partners, one counsel, and four associates. It boasts a team-
oriented, collegial environment that encourages associates to take on responsibility to
foster and expedite their development as litigators.
Requirements:
Compensation & Benefits:
$215,000-$235,000 -- The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on
several factors that may include, but are not limited to, years of experience within the job,
years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
