Peters of Nashua is Hiring a Receptionist office Near Nashua, NH

The Bump Clinic, a division of Peters of Nashua, is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist / Office Assistant with excellent customer service skills.

The right candidate will have an upbeat personality. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to : answering incoming calls, customer service, cashiering, filing and basic accounting.

Applicant must have excellent telephone manners, communication skills and computer experience. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.

Full-time (40) hours to include Monday Friday hours.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite and professional manner.
  • Screens calls, directs them to the proper party, and / or obtains enough information to allow for follow-up that is convenient for the customer.
  • Receive payments from customers and record them.
  • Files repair orders.
  • Reconciles cash drawer daily, as directed by the accounting office.
  • Follows up on body shop accounts receivable to maintain satisfactory levels of payment.
  • Opens repair orders for all vehicles coming into the body shop for repairs.
  • Prepares purchase orders for all vendors.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
  • Assist the manager and service staff with various clerical duties as needed.
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, a must.
  • Computer experience, required.
  • Professional business appearance.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Bilingual skills, a plus.
