Looking to hire a friendly Customer Service Representative/Receptionist for a small insurance office in NW Ann Arbor/Scio Township. This is a full-time seasonal job, available from June 15th to September 1st. No experience needed. Will train the right individual. Advancement opportunities available.

Job Duties include:

• Greeting walk-in customers
• Processing insurance payments
• Answering phone inquiries from customers
• Directing calls and walk-ins to the proper agent
• Assisting customers with billing and insurance coverage issues
• Filing
• Making out-bound calls regarding insurance coverage issues
• Processing bank deposits

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
