About Us :

We are a dynamic organization with a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from social media content to advertising creatives and websites.

We're seeking a meticulous English-speaking native proofreader to ensure our content consistently meets the highest standards of clarity, coherence, and correctness.

Key Responsibilities :

Proofreading and Editing :

Review and proofread a variety of content including Facebook / Instagram posts, advertising creatives, Amzon listings, website text, and more.

Check content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, common usage and consistency.

Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and guidelines.

Offer suggestions for content enhancement when necessary.

Feedback and Communication :

Provide constructive feedback to content creators.

Maintain open lines of communication with the team regarding edits and suggestions.

Requirements :

Native English speaker with impeccable grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.

Previous experience in proofreading and editing. Experience in digital content and social media platforms is a plus.

Proficient with standard proofreading marks and annotations.

Strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with various content platforms, especially Instagram, advertising platforms, and website content management systems.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proactive attitude with the ability to provide feedback and suggestions.

Note : This is a freelance position, and the volume of work can vary based on our project needs. The selected candidate will be onboarded as an independent contractor and not an employee.
