My client, a leading provider of residential in home support services and supported community connections services to the adult population with developmental disabilities and autism is urgently seeking an experience Residential Manager to join their team in Cherry Creek, Denver.
The agency provides both in home support to clients who live independently in a PCA setting, as well as in home support to clients who live in group homes, or in a full time, at home care setting with parents or caregivers, and support in the local community to individuals who wish to improve their social skills. Assisting with a range of services from medical appointments, advocation, in home safety checks, social community activities, redirecting behaviors and administering and managing medication.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential manager has arisen, our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory/management role within the healthcare industry, specifically working with the adults with disabilities, should have excellent communication skills, be organised and able to manage a small team, prepare for an execute audits, and have a good understanding of the Medicare system.
