Rosewater Construction Superintendent

Rosewater Construction is a High-End Residential Construction company that has been in business for over 30 years! Small Business with great benefits and clients! We are seeking a superintendent with experience doing high-end residential construction!

Duties:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

-Read and understand Blue prints and schematics
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and construction crews
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Provide regular updates to project owners and stakeholders regarding project status

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
