Description:

· Opening Customer Service support roles 100% onsite

· Client Title is Customer Project Engineers (Not an Engineer role)

· Need high level candidates for business needs, Initial phone interview with panel interview for selection

What will you do?

· Accountable for managing customer requests, production scheduling, and resolving order-related engineering inquiries

· Interface with internal and external customers, including coordinating activities with Client functional areas, manufacturing, sales, distribution, and field service

· Consult with customers to support product selection, order engineering, production and delivery schedules, and critical order expediting.

· Support the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process through MPS (Master Production Schedule).

· Lead weekly internal production and capacity SIM meetings

· Take ownership for continuous improvement/ Lean manufacturing initiatives within the Client Performance System
