Job Description:

·Customer Project Specialist

·M-F 8am-5pm

Job Overview:

·This position is accountable for ensuring customersreceive the best possible service. By reviewing order content and customerneeds the individual commits to a shipment date.

·Software aids in the decision process howeverattention to detail and accurate data entry is imperative.

·Timely and accurate communication to projectmanagers and sales representatives provides needed information to the customeron order status.

·Commits to scheduled ship dates to achieve customerneeds and balance plant loading.

·Schedules incoming orders (new and change orders).

·Attends production meetings to review order status.

·Communicates information to project managers andsales representatives in a timely fashion.

·Utilizes a base knowledge of SE products and theiruse.

·Maintains accurate and complete documentation ofcustomer communication and action taken.

·Maintain customer request (CR) system and timelyfeedback to project managers and customers.
