A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. Position Summary:
The responsibilities of a Senior Customer Service Representative enhance the customer experience, they have superior customer service skills and can assist in solving complex problems. They work with an elite group of sales people, growing business and nurturing the relationship between Performance Food Service/NorthCenter and the salesperson. They assist with all aspects of customer satisfaction, order entry, product information and problem solving. Accuracy and time management is crucial to this position.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Liaison between Customer and Sales
  • Administrative tasks as needs for Sales: order entry, return items, product information
  • Removing obstacles for assigned salespeople to enable time for them to sell
  • Covering key accounts
  • Vacation Coverage
  • Back up Team Lead
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
5 years Customer Service in or related to foodservice industry
MS Office Proficiency
Proven Professionalism
Willingness to work weekends as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Team Lead experience
