Job Description
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads!
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- assist with in person, on the phone, and via email with customers.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Direct interaction with Crewmembers, CDL & NON-CDL Drivers providing moving services for our customers.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)
- A/R & A/P Experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Assist with payroll
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree.
- Previous experience in the moving industry a plus - but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Shift:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekdays'
