Position Summary:
Lindsey Quam, Senior Manager of Marketing Operations for the Marketing team at Perforce is searching for a Marketing Operations Campaign Specialist to join the team. We are looking for an individual who will play an essential role in Marketing and works closely with marketing leadership to build, monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company’s goals. You will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You will own and important initiatives while providing documentation on those processes for the marketing operations team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.
 
The ideal candidate has minimum 3 years of Marketing Automation experience in a professional setting, is process and detail-oriented, a proactive problem solver, and highly organized.

 Responsibilities

  • Lead Lifecycle Management—Understand and monitor the lead lifecycle from acquisition to nurture, conversion, and re-engagement in Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Upload and clean leads, monitor lead acquisition sources and tracking, monitor and report on lead progression, maintain lead routing to Sales, lead quality assurance, troubleshooting. 
  • Understand and monitor the lead lifecycle from acquisition to conversion, and re-engagement in Marketo and Salesforce
  • QA campaign setup and data flow from Marketo to Salesforce to ensure responses are scoring, tracking and routing properly across our tech stack. 
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Create workflows between to pass leads to sales.
  • Create web and email assets for webinars, trade shows, ad campaigns, sales campaigns, and email nurtures.
  • Test and optimize email nurture programs and landing pages for engagement and conversions.
  • Manage the process of all of the above for marketing operations in a project management tool.
  • Manage technical aspects of Marketo campaigns in order to generate, distribute and report on leads.
  • Set priorities in the implementation and development of Marketo campaigns that support each business line’s demand generation strategy. Document the implementation of these campaigns for a centralized repository of each campaign’s key initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on the global campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, working across regions to identify and analyze gaps and actions plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds.
  • Manage marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo) to build, deploy, test and track campaigns - ensuring data accuracy and compliance. 
  • Create and manage automated workflows, lead nurturing, lead scoring, data normalization, personalization, audience segmentation and other lead/customer management practices. 
  • Utilize data-driven approach to implement nurture strategies and optimize campaign performance, lead quality, cross-sell, conversion rates, and customer engagement across channels. 
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in marketing automation and share knowledge with the team. 
  • Work with rest of Marketing Operations team on improving program templates, building new ones as needed and streamlining campaign efficiency 
  • Audit and enforce standards for lead and campaign management and for marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and the rest of the Perforce marketing tech stack. Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by maintaining data governance best practices and adherence to company and global market privacy and data management policies (GDPR, CCPA). 
  • Execute on multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs, including execution of email, event, webinars, paid advertising, and other mediums to support business goals. 
  • Work with various internal stakeholders to build, test, execute email segmentation, report, and set-up projects within our project management tool.
  • Support the marketing team in analyzing and reporting marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and provide advisory.

 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including mastery of Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized individual, able to multi-task and manage demanding projects and deadlines.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve process
  • Experience with project management tools and Sharepoint a plus.
  • Both a team player and independent worker.
