Obligations:

As a CNA, you will be instrumental in enhancing the health and well-being of our patients by providing the following services:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and exercising.
• Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs and reporting any irregularities to the nursing staff.
• Assisting with patient's mobility by helping them walk or providing transportation using wheelchairs or movable beds.
• Participating in patient assessment and care planning processes.
• Enhancing patients’ comfort, dignity and emotional well-being by addressing their specific needs and preferences.
• Maintaining a safe and clean patient environment by adhering to infection-control policies and procedures.

Prerequisites:

We are looking for a dedicated CNA who meets the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic healthcare and patient care principles.
• Should be compassionate, caring, and dedicated to patient care.
• Evidence of COVID vaccination
• Encouraged possession of current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Capability to pass a criminal background check
• Capability to lift 50 pounds or more.
