We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for immediate placement in a highly regarded hospital in Columbus, OH. Duties:

  • Deliver excellent patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Monitor and record patient health conditions, vital signs, and recovery progress
  • Support patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
  • Ensure the patients’ rooms are kept clean and sanitized 
  • Assist in patient's medication management based on care plans or doctors’ instructions
  • Communicate with patients and their families professionally and kindly, ensuring their needs are addressed
  • Work cooperatively with the rest of the medical team to maintain a high level of service

Qualifications:

  • 18 years old and above
  • Proof of COVID vaccination and TB Test
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, moving, or transporting patients and equipment
  • Ability to work effectively and empathetically with patients from diverse backgrounds
  • CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage 
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to undergo a background check
