Role description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are dedicated to providing quality daily nursing care to our senior residents, in accordance with facility policies and procedures, and under the guidance and supervision of our Registered Nurses. Our primary objective is to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.

As our healthcare community continues to grow, we are actively seeking individuals to join our team as CNAs. We offer comprehensive training and support to assist you in becoming a licensed CNA and working alongside us to improve the health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with mobility, including moving around the house or going outdoors for walks or appointments.
• Complete simple cleaning tasks for residents who are unable to do so themselves.
• Help residents with grooming and personal care.
• Conduct regular visits to residents to ensure their safety and hygiene.
• Lift, reposition, or move residents as needed.
• Perform any other necessary tasks.
• Maintain resident safety by identifying and addressing potential hazards.

Qualification

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• BLS/CPR Certification required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
