Peregrine Team is hiring for a Compensation Analyst in Newport Beach, CA. This position is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. Amazing opportunity to work with the #1 healthcare system in all of OC!
$35 - $50/hour
100% onsite
Flexible schedule (7:30am-4pm, 9:30am-6pm, etc)
Job Duties:
The Compensation Analyst consults with assigned business units on issues relating to new positions, equity issues, new hire rates, wage and hour and policy questions.
Develops and interprets compensation policies.
Provides analytical compensation support to the Compensation Staff through the use of established compensation evaluation systems, analytics, design, and reporting.
Analyzes and evaluates market surveys to ensure market competitiveness of the hospital's positions.
Manages job descriptions for the assigned client groups.
Ensure job descriptions meet regulatory requirements.
Participates in major Compensation projects, including the Reach program and other initiatives supporting performance management and HR automation.
Stays current with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure organization compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
