As a Technical Support Engineer you will have an opportunity to provide level two technical support to our mission delivery teams and customers. This primarily includes providing technical support for our product - Mirage and also supporting complex issues around deployments, networking and performance debugging. You will excel at solving challenging problems involving the latest technologies around computer vision, AI/ML, cloud scaling and a modern technology stack - and above all you will be backed by our level three product and devops engineers. Ultimately, you will be a professional our customers trust.
