Percipient.ai is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to manage and maintain the critical infrastructure supporting the development and improvement of Mirage, our visual intelligence advanced analytics platform. This role will maintain public and private cloud resources as well as implement and monitor security tools. The position requires skills in IT/networking, network/security engineering, system performance/security monitoring, cloud computing, vulnerability management/patching, and overall system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing a variety of hands-on technical skills to improve the availability, performance, and security of Percipient.ai services
• IT and networking support
• Maintaining both public and private clouds
• Implementing and monitoring security tools
• Developing and documenting both IT and security processes/procedures

• BS in Computer Science or related field, or commensurate experience/qualifications
• 7 years of systems/applications operation and networking experience in 24/7 production environments
• Experience running a large-scale virtualized infrastructure supporting both on-prem and cloud deployments
• Experience in public/private infrastructure automation: Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Juju, etc.
• Experience supporting AWS, Azure, OCI, and/or Openstack cloud API
• Demonstrated experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Linux, Mac, and Windows endpoints
• Scripting experience with either Python, Bash, or Perl
• Experience operating and troubleshooting various security tools, such as centralized access management (e.g., Okta, Active Directory, etc.), vulnerability scanning/analysis, SIEMs and firewalls
• Experience in multi-OS security triage and forensic analysis is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
• US citizenship required due to federal requirements
