JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for assessing the department’s processes and identifying areas for improvement, designing, and implementing process changes, and monitoring the results to ensure that the new processes are successful. The role requires an individual who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

  • Conduct process analysis and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Developing and maintaining process maps and workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and propose practical solutions, including process redesign, automation, or technology enhancements.
  • Develop and organize/index functional SharePoint and other shared drives.
  • Manage and organize documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval in various systems such as SharePoint, shared drives, etc.
  • Use Power Bi to gather and analyze data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify process inefficiencies and track improvements over time.
  • Work with other database stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of department processes in database applications.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 2 years of experience in land management or utilities is desirable.
  • Certification or proven experience in process improvement and applying methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is desirable. Green / Black Belt in Lean or Six Sigma would be preferable.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Compensation: $62,400 - $65,000
