Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a motivated and experience Senior Technical Systems Integrator who enjoys traveling, to join our team of technical and business experts providing operational and mission support to a SI/SETA mission for a classified customer in Virginia.

Our unique team of technical and business disciplines provide operational support for Systems Engineering/Integration, Mission Planning, and Business Operations to multiple functional mission areas. The team is responsible for technical design, operations, and mission planning and business operations for the full life cycle of customer specific operations (from concept through development and installation/O&M).

The Senior Technical Systems Integrator will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Work in a team environment, gather and decompose technical operation requirements from various stakeholders
• Work various technical and non-technical disciplines in order to plan, integrate and implement technical collection missions with government assistance and in a team environment
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate relationships required to execute mission
• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of Operational Readiness Exercises, other reviews and testing exercises as needed
• Draft, review and coordinate cables
• Train third parties on technical collection equipment deployment
• Travel CONUS and OCONUS 

Travel Requirements

• Domestic travel up to 1 week per month. Possible OCONUS travel.

**This role requires the candidate to perform duties on-site Mon-Fri.**

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• An Active/current TS/SCI with an active Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 12-15 years of relevant experience; Master's degree and 10-13 years of relevant experience; PhD and 10 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience conducting OREs in the IC
• Must possess prior experience writing cables as well as coordinating and documenting technical operational planning in official channels
• Must possess prior experience conducting technical and/or non-technical operations in the IC
• Must possess prior experience working in multi-discipline technical and non-technical teams
• Must be comfortable working in a dynamic team environment 
• Willingness and ability to travel

Desired Qualifications:

• Possess specific experience managing projects using sound project management principles
• Experience working on cyber-related projects
• Familiarity with technical targeting methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to take undefined work with undefined success criteria and work with multiple stakeholders to turn into actionable and measurable efforts
• Prior experience as a desk officer, or technical operations officer and ability to interact with other elements of the customer
