Responsibilities:
The Sponsor is seeking a Systems Integrator (SI) who specializes in targeting and uses a wide range of capabilities to support the Sponsors’ mission. The SI will leverage his/her experience to review, analyze, and respond to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. The SI will engage in data and link analysis on large datasets; and will be adept at managing large datasets through automation and advanced machine learning models to predict scenarios and provide actionable intelligence. Additional responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques and methodologies to generate all-source intelligence products and target development packages.
  • Manipulate and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, employing formulas to draw meaningful insights.
  • Read, interpret, and process intelligence reports from various disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).
  • Present findings and strategic intelligence briefings to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Use tools such as Palantir for comprehensive intelligence and target package creation.
  • Work independently while coordinating with a team for tracking progress and insight.
All personnel coming into the organization undergo an additional security review that can take anywhere from 7 business days to 30 days.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Experience with Boolean search methodologies, selectors, and analyzing reporting traffic.
  • 6 years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, "red teaming", hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation.
  • 3 years of experience with at least three of the following: SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, or OSINT collection capabilities and dissemination systems.
  • 2 years of experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues and creating intelligence reports.
  • Demonstrated strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of research and analysis.
Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:
  • Demonstrated experience with IC technical targeting tools.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications topics of interest to the IC.
