We are looking for an ambitious hands-on operations manager with experience enhancing and implementing quality processes to help scale manufacturing operations. The position will oversee the staff and operational methods across departments that end to end deliver mission critical products to law enforcement officers across the US and the world. Superior project management skill, effective communication skills and the ability to lead a team of factory workers are important characteristics for the role. A successful candidate will have experience with producing high quality goods and have good problem-solving capability with sharp, analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

Oversee efficiency of operational processes

Implement quality control procedures

Take part in strategic planning and goal-setting

Analyze business requirements and customer needs

Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs

Monitor and report on department performance

Supervise and train employees

Provide administrative support

Requirements

Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role

Hands-on experience implementing operational processes

Excellent project management skills

Knowledge of operational principles and policies

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated team leadership

Certified in Lean and Six Sigma
