We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting for new leads from lists provided to you, making outbound cold calls, building relationships with and nurturing potential customers until they are ready to buy or sell, and improving our lead conversion rate. $35,000 - $65,000 per year

• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
• Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met

• Seek outbound sale opportunities through circle prospecting and using a CRM and autodialer to expediate calling

• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired

• Must have 2 years of call center or inside sales experience
• Must be comfortable making 100 calls a day
• Must be okay with rejection (from people you call)
• Must be able to learn how to use an auto-dialer
• Must be able to track your daily activities and meet goals
