Territory Sales Representative Job Details:
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Salary: $40,000-50,000/year (Based on experience)
  • 2% Commission payout monthly for retail accounts & 0.5% for national accounts

Territory Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
  • Works with new and existing customers to present product, sample books, and training. 
  • Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure complete satisfaction 
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers to use for sales leads 
  • Travels to scheduled appointments throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers and promote products 
  • Distributes catalogs and product samples to current and prospective clients 
  • Displays and demonstrates blinds and shades to develop customers’ product knowledge 
  • Expands vertical markets through margin management and customer exposure to all categories of sale 
  • Quotes pricing and provides contracted pricing as necessary 
  • Investigates and resolves customer issues 
  • Develops and maintains working relationship with Customer Service Reps, designers, business owners. 
  • Attends weekly sales meetings and reports on leads and pipeline
Territory Sales Representative Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. 
  • Proven track record of sales experience 
  • Interpersonal skills, particularly sales and customer interaction 
  • Outstanding communication and oral presentation skills 
  • Follow-up mentality
  • Self-motivated, independent worker 
  • Computer skills to use company systems 
  • Reliable transportation, clean driving record 
  • Willing to travel 
  • Able to lift 35 pounds with reasonable accommodation 
  • Candidates must be willing to submit to a Pre-Employment Screening, including Drug & Background Check
