• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
• Pay Rate: $23-32/hour (based on experience)

• Oversee all facets of the dispatch department, including a team of dispatch professionals.
• Ensure route and opportunity maximization.
• Manage customer phone calls and organize service calls such that our technicians can move from job-to-job in the most efficient manner possible throughout the day.
• Assign daily work/calls to other team members.
• Organize and receive incoming parts and coordinate arrival times of technicians with homeowners.
• Interact with customers utilizing email, chat, and phone calls to provide support and information on products and services.
• Gather, record, and maintain customer information in our database.
• Professionally engage with customers, technicians, and other employees to uncover needs and work with other team leaders to address and resolve issues that arise.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints.

Job Requirements for the Dispatch Manager:

• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Service Titan is a plus, but not required. Training provided.
• 2 years of previous experience in a dispatch environment.
• Must be highly personable and outgoing.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be committed to providing top-notch service.
