Details for the Dispatch Manager:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
- Pay Rate: $23-32/hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Dispatch Manager:
- Oversee all facets of the dispatch department, including a team of dispatch professionals.
- Ensure route and opportunity maximization.
- Manage customer phone calls and organize service calls such that our technicians can move from job-to-job in the most efficient manner possible throughout the day.
- Assign daily work/calls to other team members.
- Organize and receive incoming parts and coordinate arrival times of technicians with homeowners.
- Interact with customers utilizing email, chat, and phone calls to provide support and information on products and services.
- Gather, record, and maintain customer information in our database.
- Professionally engage with customers, technicians, and other employees to uncover needs and work with other team leaders to address and resolve issues that arise.
- Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints.
Job Requirements for the Dispatch Manager:
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Service Titan is a plus, but not required. Training provided.
- 2 years of previous experience in a dispatch environment.
- Must be highly personable and outgoing.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be committed to providing top-notch service.
