PeopleShare is hiring a Hybrid Customer Service Representative in Horsham, PA. This is a hybrid position for an insurance company that has been around for over 40 years.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in Customer Service with a customer centric mindset who is friendly, upbeat, and has good communication / problem solving skills.
This position requires you to already have a vaccination for Covid in order to work in their office.
SCHEDULE / HOURS :
The Customer Service department is open from 8 : 00am-7 : 00pm. We are looking for individuals with flexible availability, as their shift will fall somewhere between that range.
Candidates need to be open to working 2-3 late nights a week (that shift is 11 : 00am-7 : 00pm). There is also a rotational Saturday every 3rd Saturday - from 10 : 00am-3 : 00pm.
4 Days in Office, 1 Day of choice work from home
Pay Rate : $20 hour
