Hours: Full-time (Mon - Fri, 9a - 5p)

Compensation: Hourly pay commission; competitive with potential to earn individual and team bonuses. No limits on compensation; based on your performance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
· Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
· Ask customers for referrals and explain our referral program
· Maintain knowledge of products
· Create and build client relationships with new and existing customers
· Process and follow-up on P&C endorsements
· Offer cross-sell P&C products
· Provide quotes for existing customers for all P&C (non-commercial) lines
· Prepare and conduct insurance policy reviews
· Update customer information in Allstate system
· Take claim reports as described in office procedure manual and follow-up on claims
· Receive and process payments accurately
· Review monthly pay/cancel list and follow-up with customers
· Follow-up with compliance processes (T-Docs, pended bound business, etc.)

 Requirements:
· Strong customer service background
· P&C license
· Upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
· Self-starter who is driven
