We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and grow sales for our business. Our reps are responsible for providing customers with fast and friendly service. Candidate must be dependable and possess good work ethic. Cashier responsibilities include managing a well merchandised store, operating the cash registers, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store. We are looking for motivated individuals who are people oriented and have great communication skills to help us fulfill our mission of providing excellent customer service.

You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Good knowledge in Tobacco, Vapes, Cbd, Delta 8, Kratom, Hookah is preferred but not required as long as your willing to learn. This industry is constantly growing and changing so to help keeping up with the changes. With your knowledge, a positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price survey
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure store is stocked & clean
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
