Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and versatile General Maintenance Technician to provide a wide range of maintenance services across our properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied tasks and takes pride in keeping our residential communities in top condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including basic repairs, painting, and fixture installation.
- Assist with HVAC and plumbing maintenance under the supervision of skilled technicians.
- Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Perform drywall repairs and painting.
- Repair and install various types of flooring.
- Perform regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform physical tasks.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
