- Basic to intermediate experience in wood and steel stud framing application
- Basic to intermediate experience in finish carpentry skills including cutting and installing wood framing, trim, baseboard, casing, doors, frames and sheathing
- Secure exterior building materials when required
- Cleaning and organizing work spaces
- Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environmentQualifications :
- Current / Active OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
