The Account Service Manager is primarily responsible for growing revenue with our existing key accounts. The Account Service Manager is primarily responsible for retaining key accounts for an assigned market as well as developing new business relationships and expanding sales within existing customers.
Well versed in representing all of TrueBlue / PeopleReady's suite of services to an expanding customer base, the position will work closely with operations, service, recruiting and sales management.
The position reports directly to the Market Manager.Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

Computer and Software RequirementsProficient in Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Outlook. CRM a plus.OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Certificates, Licenes / Registration Or TrainingValid driver's license and good safety record if driving to locations.
External Sales Training Certification preferred.The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $50,000.00 - $65,000.
Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
