Minor repairs and painting. May need to move appliances. Lawn and grounds maintenance. Cleaning and maintaining common areas.

Pay Rate :
The pay rate for this job is $14.25 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Worker :
- Minor repairs and painting.
- May need to move appliances.
- Lawn and grounds maintenance.
- Flexible and willing to go to other locations as there will be several sites to upkeep and maintain.
Available shifts :
Shift Timings : 1st Shift - Day
Job requirements :
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and some electrical.
- Must be able to take direction from supervisor.
- Willing to learn and work hard.
- Background check required
