Position Summary: The Director of Marketing and Recruiting will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across various departments within the company. Additionally, they will lead marketing initiatives to enhance our employer brand and promote our products/services to our target audience.

Requirements

1. Licensure/Certification/Registration: None
2. Education: Degree in human resources, marketing, business administration, or a related field, preferred.
3. Experience: Experience in recruitment, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
4. Special Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, interviewing techniques, and talent assessment.
• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
