Key Responsibilities:

• Keep projects and hours on track and within budget
• Ensure contract specifications are met while prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Equip field staff with the latest plans and instructions for seamless execution
• Uphold safety standards through regular training and inspections
• Take charge of accident investigations and implement preventive measures
• Manage inventory and oversee equipment maintenance
• Lead, mentor, and develop field staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
• Monitor project progress, address any issues, and maintain quality standards
• Stay updated on project statuses, costs, and deadlines
• Collaborate with the General Manager to adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications (required and preferred):

• Strong attention to detail
• Three or more years of proven success in a related industry/role.
• Working understanding of technology
