Primary Responsibilities

• Development and sustainment of company QA processes and process documentation
• Review and approval of project requirements traceability matrices
• Identification and creation of project QA process
• Review and QA of the customer communication processes
• Identification of requirements for new and improved QA tools
• Supervises the QA team
• Responsible for QA employee oversight, including:
  • Performance reviews
  • Career development coaching
  • Timecard management
  • Travel and expense report review and approval
  • Employee task assignments and workload management
  • Resource planning
• Contributes to Pentecom business development efforts to include estimating and writing proposals
• Responsible for contributing to project management efforts including:
  • Project schedule input
  • Earned Value Management planning and updates
  • Task monitoring

Education and Experience

• BA or BS in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 10 years experience in quality assurance
