Position Summary:
This position is a multipurpose task position.
Major Responsibilities:
• Write Logistics Contracts - provide a legally binding document, which reflects our business relationship with our customers.
• Enter and maintain contract information in SmartSheet. Providing training and reporting to Penske Solution team and Leadership
• Facilitate maintenance of UIIA agreements and communicating/resolving invoice issues with Equipment Provider vendors.
• Provide Monthly Sales Reporting to Organization - to keep organization abreast of its sales performance in order to align its sales goals.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• 2 Year Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Paralegal Certificate and/or experience related to Legal Document Construction and Correspondence preferred
• 3 years of business experience (transportation experience preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience as an analyst
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Intermediate MS Office experience – Word, Outlook, OneNote, Excel, Smartsheet
• Ability to work independently
• Communication and Presentation Skills
• Active Listening Skills
• Detail Oriented
• Good Organizational Skills
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
