Job at a glance:
- Long term contract with expectation of permanent placement
- $32.83/hr W2 optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
- Remote position, open to candidates local to OH, WV, PA, MD, or NJ
- Must report onsite for initial start-up and trainings
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the vegetation management team, including various third-party contractors to complete timesheet approvals
- Timely and accurate processing of timesheets and invoices in the timesheet retention system
- Demonstrating full competency and proficiency in examining billing issues and calculating/validating invoices
- Processing check requests and completing various SAP functions
- Running operational reports in Power BI and the timesheet retention system to complete monthly billing
- Providing technical administrative support to the department and company by correspondence including letters, forms, and reports
- Providing technical administrative support
- Ordering and shipping supplies for vegetation management staff
- Filing and retrieving company documents as requested
- Assisting with in-person meeting arrangements such as rooms, meals, and calendar notices
- Meeting internal and external customer expectations with prompt, courteous, timely, and accurate information
