The Enrollment Services Coordinator is responsible for preparing and supporting students throughout the process up to their first day. The role includes a variety of tasks with relation to sensitive information that require a person that is extremely organized, reliable, team oriented, excellent time management skills, meticulous and positive.

Responsibilities include:

Processing applications: Ensuring applications are completed correctly and with the required supporting documentation

Maintaining records: Entering, updating, and reviewing records for accuracy

Providing guidance and recommendations to current and prospective students

Coordinate campus visits and potential student information sessions, including individual tours, in-person and virtual information sessions, and other similar appointments

Entering, updating and reviewing student records in database

Monitor and implement communication strategies to inform, encourage and support future student

Conducting information sessions and facilitate first day orientation

Responsible for booking appointments for potential students and future students

Monitor and track multiple programs with different schedules

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and future students

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
• Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
